Mission Statement:

The Harris County Protective Services (HCPS) Foundation benefits the children and adults served by Harris County Protective Services.

Who We Are:

The HCPS Foundation is a not-for- profit, 501(c)(3) formed in 1987 to benefit children, adults, and families who are direct or potential recipients of services from Harris County Protective Services (HCPS).   Since its inception, the HCPS Foundation has focused its efforts on projects that expand or enhance services to abused, neglected, and at-risk children, vulnerable adults and families in Harris County. Over the years numerous HCPS programs for children and adults have benefited from the generosity of the Foundation.

What We Do:

For over three decades, the Foundation has provided funding to support projects that enhance or expand services to abused, neglected, and at-risk children, vulnerable adults and families served by HCPS and the Texas child welfare system in Harris County. See some of our supported projects here.

Who We Serve:

The Foundation serves Harris County children, adults, and families by focusing on providing funding for supportive and preventative services administered through Harris County Protective Services.
